Visit our location anytime during opening hours — no appointment is required. Check in at the office, where our team will welcome you and guide you through the metal drop-off process.

Before you visit

Straight answers to what sellers ask most. Anything else, the team is a call away.
A valid, government-issued photo ID. Identification is checked and recorded at check-in, as required for metal transactions.
Your load is weighed on calibrated scales, then assessed for material type, grade and condition. The indicative board gives context — the confirmed price is always set on site, before you commit.
Yes. Mixed material is sorted on arrival. Sorting your load beforehand saves time and usually earns a better price, because pre-sorted material grades higher.
Payment is arranged immediately after you accept the offer — before you leave the yard. [Placeholder] Confirm current payment methods with the team at check-in.
No minimum. A single bag of offcuts is as welcome as a truckload. Very large or commercial volumes run smoother with a heads-up call.
Tell us what you have. If it contains recoverable metal there is often a route — send a description or a photo through the contact page and we'll confirm before you travel.
Not for a standard drop-off during opening hours. For commercial loads, unusual materials or repeat collections, contact the team first so the right route is ready.
